Platform Console

The SyVault Platform Console is the central management interface for organization owners and billing administrators. It provides a unified view of your subscription, usage metrics, and account-level settings that span all SyVault products (Password Vault, Secrets Manager, and integrations).

Accessing the Console

Log in to console.syvault.com with your organization owner or billing admin credentials. The console is separate from the web vault and uses the same SSO configuration if you have one set up.

Dashboard

The dashboard provides an at-a-glance summary:

  • Active members: Current seat count vs. your plan limit.
  • Secrets Manager clients: Active clients and API call volume for the current billing period.
  • Storage usage: Total encrypted storage consumed by vault records and file attachments.
  • Security posture: Organization-wide 2FA adoption rate, pending device approvals, and open alerts.

Organization Settings

Under Settings, you can manage:

  • Organization name and logo: Displayed in the web vault, emails, and SSO login screens.
  • Contact information: Primary admin email and billing email.
  • Data residency: View your data region. Region changes require a support request.
  • API rate limits: View current limits and request increases for Secrets Manager API calls.

Member Management

The Members section provides a consolidated view of all users across your organization:

  • Invite new members individually or in bulk via CSV upload.
  • View member status (active, suspended, invited).
  • Manage role assignments (Owner, Admin, Member) and the per-member Share Admin flag.
  • Trigger vault transfers and offboarding workflows.

Usage and Metrics

The Usage tab shows detailed consumption data:

  • Daily and monthly active users.
  • Secrets Manager API calls broken down by client and endpoint.
  • Storage growth over time.
  • Sharing and collaboration metrics (shared folders, one-time shares created).

Export usage data as CSV for internal reporting or chargeback tracking.

Notifications and Alerts

Configure organization-level alerts under Settings > Notifications:

  • Seat utilization thresholds (e.g., alert at 90% of plan limit).
  • Secrets Manager API rate limit warnings.
  • Storage quota approaching limit.
  • Billing events (payment failed, subscription renewal).

Alerts are delivered via email or webhook.

Audit Trail

The console maintains its own audit trail for administrative actions: plan changes, member invitations, role updates, SSO configuration changes, and billing modifications. This is separate from the vault audit log and focuses on platform-level events.
