Trials
SyVault offers a 14-day free trial of the Enterprise plan so you can evaluate every feature before committing to a subscription. No credit card is required to start a trial.
What Is Included
During the 14-day trial, you have full access to all Enterprise features:
- Unlimited password vault with all record types.
- SSO with SAML and SCIM provisioning (Okta, Azure AD, Google Workspace, JumpCloud).
- Secrets Manager with unlimited applications, clients, dynamic secrets, and rotation.
- Full admin console with enforcement policies, audit logging, and SIEM integration.
- Compliance reports, device approvals, and vault transfer.
- Cloud sync to AWS, Azure, and GCP.
- CI/CD integrations (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins, Azure DevOps).
- Priority email support.
Starting a Trial
- Visit syvault.com/trial or click Start Free Trial from any pricing page.
- Create your account with an email and master password.
- Name your organization and invite up to 50 team members during the trial.
- You are immediately on the Enterprise plan with all features unlocked.
No credit card is collected at signup. You will not be charged anything during the trial period.
Trial Limits
While the trial includes the full Enterprise feature set, there are a few capacity limits:

These limits are removed once you subscribe to a paid plan.
During the Trial
- A banner in the web vault and Platform Console shows the remaining days.
- You receive email reminders at 7 days and 3 days before the trial expires.
- All data you create during the trial is preserved if you subscribe.
What Happens When the Trial Ends
If you do not subscribe before the trial expires:
- Your organization is downgraded to a read-only state.
- Members can log in and view existing records but cannot create, edit, or share.
- Secrets Manager API calls return
403 Forbidden. - SSO and SCIM provisioning are disabled.
- You have 30 days to subscribe or export your data.
- After 30 days, all encrypted data is permanently deleted.
Subscribing After the Trial
- Go to Platform Console > Billing > Plan.
- Select the plan tier that fits your needs (Teams, Business, or Enterprise).
- Enter a payment method.
- Click Subscribe. Full access is restored immediately.
All records, members, configurations, SSO settings, and Secrets Manager clients created during the trial are preserved. There is no data migration or reconfiguration needed.
Developer Tier
If you are an individual developer evaluating SyVault for personal use or side projects, the Personal plan is free for one user with up to two devices. You can use it indefinitely without a trial period. Upgrade to a paid plan at any time to unlock team and enterprise features.
Extending a Trial
If you need more time to evaluate SyVault, contact sales@syvault.com before your trial expires. Extensions of up to 14 additional days are available on request.
